Systematic Evaluation of Photovoltaic MPPT Algorithms Using State-Space Models Under Different Dynamic Test Procedures

چکیده

Maximum Power Point Tracking (MPPT) algorithms are essential in solar photovoltaic (PV) generation. In the last years, a major research effort has been made order to get more efficient MPPT algorithms. However, literature, there is not unique methodology for testing and comparing these kind of when facing dynamic irradiance conditions. This paper proposes systematic way evaluating PV systems, at simulation stage, unifying following aspects: system configuration, type be performed, tests take into account. The algorithm implemented dc-dc converter simplification purposes, simulations carried out through state-space equations reduce total time, three used systematically provide full comparison under different environmental To test flexibility proposed technique, commonly known Perturb Observe (P&O) giving special attention drift phenomenon. All interested researchers can request computer application that implements methodology.
